The overall objective of the project: 
Contribute to increasing the competitiveness of the tourism sector in the Republic of Croatia.


The specific objective of the project: 
The modernisation of the accommodation and catering facilities of an existing two-star hotel and the construction of further facilities, in addition to increasing the hotel’s category to four stars. 


A short description of the project:
The project includes the reconstruction and equipping of the existing hotel building with 181 accommodation units (425 beds) and the construction of additional facilities (two outdoor heated pools, wellness, fitness, a children’s playroom with an outdoor playground and a conference room).


Expected results and effects of the project in the third year after completion: 

1. 32 % increase in the number of overnight stays in the renovated hotel.
2. 39.9 % annual occupancy of the accommodation facilities in the renovated hotel.
3. 18 new job positions created at the renovated hotel.
4. Extending the tourist season at the renovated hotel to seven months.
5. 70 % increase in company revenue from sales in tourism.
